The interviewer describes the process and explains how this is the first round of interviews. The second would be in person with the supervisor. There are five questions in total and I was caught off guard with them. This was an intern position for hr. I was asked how I have previously handled increased projects without increased pay and how my strong suit in hr management has improved productivity within a company. The questions weren't difficult on their own; they were difficult for me as I had no prior work experience. I was confused because they knew this based on my resume and application. I understand they are general questions they ask everyone, but I was expecting the standard "tell me about yourself" or "describe a time you had to solve conflict" since it was for an internship. I tried to remember all the questions but I forgot the last one. Also, they are not written word-for-word exactly as she asked them. Regardless, the interviewer was extremely nice and patient with me. She represented the company well.
