Tyler Technologies interview questions

The interview process was fairly quick and consisted of three separate interviews. The first interview was with an HR representative, the second was with a senior Implementation Manager, and the third was with two project managers with whom I'd be working for.

Submitted resume online. Was contacted about 2 weeks later to setup a phone interview. During phone interview, scheduled face-to-face interview and was told there would be a presentation I would have to give and they sent the criteria and topic. After interview, received a call 3 days later and was offered the position. Background check was conducted and they make you take the company's corporate AMEX card and they require you use it. The AMEX card is tied to YOUR CREDIT so they basically are running a credit check on you too! If you are not credit worthy, you will be given a lower credit limit and this could seriously be a problem if you are on multiple projects and racking up huge costs. I had a few coworker on my team that could not afford to purchase tickets or put expenses on the AMEX card and I had to cover the items. BAD POLICY!!!
