Typical situational questions.

This is the common mode of operation for Eaton's hiring process. They interview people for weeks or months before making a decision. In the mean time they leave everybody hanging wondering if they will get an answer or not. In reality the interviewers have a meeting within a couple days of the interview and decide if they would like to hire the person or not. The hiring staff already knows if they want you or not right after the interview. HR keeps the interviewee in limbo just in case somebody better is not located. The process is very poorly done from both points of view, internal and external, and a large global leader like Eaton should have a much better process that takes good care of the people they come in contact with.
