First interview is a behavioral one, mainly asking questions about past experiences and how you reacted. Still waiting to hear back on whether or not I made it to the second round.

What did you do when you needed to complete a task with someone but they were not pulling their weight?
good, mainly asked behavioral questions and about project experience. Walked through resume and asked questions about experience on there. Two rounds, a phone call with recruiter then a virtual call with SWEs.

Interview
The interviews I spoke to were great. The interview felt more conversational than like an interrogation. I also got some feedback during the interview. There will be quick phone interview then two 45 min video interviews.
