I received a phone call from a recruiter who spent 2 minutes asking if I had any experience in customer service, then explained the job I was interviewing for. She recommended me for a second interview.
The second interview was scheduled for 6/29/22 at 9pm via Teams video chat. I received a confirmation email, that had the interviewers name, the person that typed the e-mails name, and then a third persons email address to contact for concerns. None of these people were the recruiter who set my interview up. Nobody showed up to the interview. No email to cancel, nothing. I emailed the address attached to my confirmation email, got no response. I called the recruiter that called me and explained the situation and we miraculously got disconnected, and she wouldn’t answer her phone when I called back. No return call was received.
This is very easily the worst interview experience I’ve ever personally had, and just judging by how poorly handled this process has been I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone I know. Very unprofessional, very disorganized. Just a terrible experience.
I have many years of experience in banking, and I was very excited for this opportunity. Very disappointing.
