Had a telephone interview with member of HR, very relaxed and overall lasted about 20 mins. All competency based questions and a few about why UBS and why operations.
Heard back about two months later and was invited to an Assessment Centre. I was to have 3 interviews and a numeracy test. Numeracy was fairly basic but everyone felt like they'd struggled in the time allowed but we all passed. Then the interviews with different teams within operations. All informal and relaxed. They started off with a brief outline of the what the team did and what we should expect to do daily.
Did not get a role in operations but was invited to another assessment centre with a different division.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UBS (Singapore) in Aug 2025
Interview
got a call from HR, then an interview was scheduled directly with the team lead and the rest of the team, but only team lead was asking questions; no technical questions, mostly just motivational like why ops
I was interviewed by a recruiters and then she asked a bunch of questions regarding BS formula and the Greeks, as well as how the PDE is derived. The next step shall be deep dive into the project and bits and knots.

Are you a quick learner and how do you know for sure
I applied through college or university. I interviewed at UBS
Interview
The interview process was quite confusing as the interviewers seemed to be deliberately throwing curveballs. They kept shifting between different topics without clear transitions, making it hard to follow their line of questioning. At times, it felt like they were testing not just my knowledge but also my ability to stay focused amidst the confusion.
