Seemingly only two rounds, one with the current lab manager and one with the principle investigator if the lab manager thinks you meet their expectations. Was a fairly long process but it seemed that was due to other circumstances.
it was very easy process. first i had an interview with the professor who runs the lab then i had an interview with the people in the lab who i was supposed to work with it took 3 weeks to get the offer for the job. as far as salary, there was no room for negotiation
