Thorough and respectful. There were two intro interviews followed by a take home exam. The exam ended up in my spam folder and they were very understanding about the situation. The exam was difficult but not extreme. It felt very fair. The final zoom interview had a couple too many people on it and felt a bit hectic but was not bad overall.
