Interview
This was a very long process that start first with a 45 minutes interview with the recruiter. Than I got a 1 hour interview with the manager. The following day another hour interview with 4 people from the team and after that another hour interview for the manager's boss.
A lot of questions about my 15 years of experience. Why this, why that, what technologies, why Kronos. Then an hour where the manager's boss talked about the company, the products, the market, the clients etc. I am still wandering why I did not got an offer after all of this :)

Interview
The interview process was a short interview that focused on who you were as a person and your past experience as a QA developer, if you had previous experience. It was not a very stressful interview. The overall experience was good.

The interviewers are very friendly. They ask lot of questions about my past jobs. Why this, why that… You have to explain the detail on a board about your project. They ask a lot of question to see if you understand the software you have tested.
