UKG Lead Engineer interview questions

Had a screening call scheduled with a recruiter, but the experience was disappointing. The recruiter came across as arrogant and uninterested in learning about my background. He asked, in a dismissive tone, why I was looking for a new job. He also questioned what type of work I was seeking frontend or backend, despite this being clearly outlined in my resume. I explained that I work as a full stack developer with about 40–60% focus on frontend. He responded that the role was more frontend heavy. I mentioned I was open to that, but he seemed disinterested and abruptly ended the call. It felt like a waste of time.
