Interview
I underwent two rounds of competency-based interviews; there was no written exam involved. However, I am aware that for certain positions, they may conduct a written test followed by a competency-based or blended interview process.
Intro, personal history, technical questions, thematic questions, managment questions always in context to a real experiance from the past. Crazy thing was I had to provide 4 references within 24 hours!
