UNOPS Intern interview questions

The hiring process in total took 3 months from application submitted to offer. Very straightforward with an initial 2-hour test given followed by a 30 min interview. The interview was straightforward and more relaxed than most. It was with my current supervisor and a fellow intern. The types of questions included: what is your weakness? demonstrate your teamwork skills? tell me of a situation where you faced a problem and solved it? All in all, it rates highly in terms of recruitment experiences.

I had one, timed written exam via, then a phone panel interview a month later, then reference checks about 3 weeks. From start to finish the whole process took about 5 months.
