US Foods Territory Manager/Sales interview questions

This was a phone interview to see if I met their requirements to get an in person interview. I was told the initial process would take at least 2 weeks before they called candidates for a follow up interview. I spoke with them end of October and they planned to have second interviews and someone hired before Thanksgiving with a start date of December.

There were 3 interviews total: first was a phone call from HR, then a sit-down with the corporate trainer, and then an introduction to the VP of Sales. The first interview was basics about previous work experience and some questions about how to handle situations. The second interview was a very quick introduction. From my experience, the second interview was just a formality to meet the VP and informally accept the job.
