At first sight it was very positive. I mean I sent my application on Linkedin and got a very quick answer by a HR. We spent a bit of time by phone for a first interview. She sent my CV to her teammate and I got a positive answer to have a second interview. I spent a second interview, that time in English. The overall interview went great. The Unit Manager was receptive and wanted to present my resume to the customer.
I got no feedback until another person contacted me 5 days later to say the customer wanted to have an interview with me. We planified the interview for the next week. Everything was still positive at that moment until 24 hours later, the same person contacts me. That person mentioned the customer canceled the interview and rejected my candidacy without any explanation. It would have been less frustrating if the customer rejected immediately my candidacy. UST lacked of professionalism and made me wasted my time a lot. Overall they mentioned in the first interview they always provide a feedback to the applicants. None other they don't respect their promises, the customers relationships and candidates management have to be improved to avoid such processes. Don't create hope if you crush it that way for the people who want to join your company. Either you're a good fit or you're not. It can't change in 24 hours.
