UST Technical Lead interview questions

Intially HR called on Sunday evening not asked for CTC & ECTC and asked for technical interview on same day. I agreed and given the technical 1st round. That round was cleared and then after that he aligned another technical round next day. That was also cleared. Then he called me and said you have cleared both technical round now you need to give manager round and it would be final one. But he didn't aligned manager round to me. I called him many time and he told i will align next week then next week and so on. And now 3 months already went but he never called for the manager round. So its very frustarting to me. My suggetion to the company that If you don't have real opening why you are calling to the candidates and taking interviews and wasting their time. I will never suggest this kind of organisation who takes interviews and never complete their process. And the person called me his name is Sanil so be aware with him. Rest your choice.
