The interview consists of 7 steps:
1. Online assessment - given an excel file database, you need to do calculation using pivot tables, filtering, and some data modification to find the MCQ answers. There is a time limit to answer the questions.
2. Online interview via website application - there were 5-6 questions about why joining Uber and some case studies, and you need to record your answer via video (one answer one video, and you need a device/laptop which is able to record your face frontally). It's not live, so you can basically check the questions and think about the framework of your answers first. You can also review and redo the recording before you're really sure to submit it.
3. Skype interview with a senior operation team of Uber - there were 2-3 case questions but overall it's like an interactive Q&A session. You can ask anything in details about the work scope, job description, working environment, etc.
4. Face-to-face interview with the operation team leader - there were again 2-3 case questions.
5. Interview with HR - the recruitment team will explain to you about the culture of Uber, the benefit and all of the sweet things if you join Uber
6. City presentation - you are required to present your idea/concept of launching a new Uber product (the HR will give you some options). All scenarios and framework is up to you. During the presentation, there will be a panel of interviewers and they will challenge your idea. Make sure you have a good data preparation.
7. Closing interview with regional lead - I don't know how it's going since I did not make it to this step.
