Interview
2 technical screening rounds, coding + case study, followed by 3 rounds of interviews (HM + BR + XP Technical).
- HM interview: Resume walkthrough, behavioral, case study
- Bar Raiser: Resume walkthrough, behavioral, case study
- XP Technical: Case study on AB testing
Overall, almost all of the interviewers were friendly. They were successful in clearly communicating the questions they asked, with only one exception.

Question 1
Technical screening: coding LC 56, case study Uber Eats order assignment optimization, reserved ride optimization problem construction. Emphasis is on constructing relevant objectives, and laying out relevant constraints.
HM behavioral: Give me an example where you had a conflict with supervisor (manager).
HM Case study: Airport Driver Matching + Surge Pricing
BR behavioral: Example from CV where you had to work with multiple stakeholders, explain what challenges you faced.
BR Case study: Uber Eats driver assignment, assume you have a better algorithm for solving the optimization problem, what changes?
XP Technical Screening: Vaguely asked question on A/B testing. How would you test if driver ETA is displayed 1 minute less? Interviewer could not answer my clarifying questions clearly.
