An hour after applying online, I received a phone call asking if I was stil interested in the position. After I said yes, A phone interview time was set up and personality tests were sent to me. The tests consisted of a personality test, writing sample, ethics decisions, and customer service questions. The phone interview was routine. I was told I would be contacted in 7-10 business days. After 14 days, I emailed them inquiring about the process to which I received a response saying they were still looking.
