The questions were standard but they drug the process on. When I interviewed with the VP and directors I asked a few strategic questions regarding the department. It became very apparent that they did not know the direction their dept was moving in and it sounded very disorganized. It also seemed odd that the department was all blonde females. The HR rep was polite but she had a very tough time putting together a complete offer that was competitive (perhaps not her fault?).
They let me know the organization would provide opportunity and be a great place to get experience ...but I am not a fan of this strategy of low compensation in exchange for a the promise of future opportunity. I would also rather be paid appropriately and my coworkers have sufficient experience.
Overall the staff were polite, but I couldn't convince myself I would be successful and happy in this environment.
