Interview
Phone call with recruiter, and then straight to a Superday. We did a case study in a group format, and presented it back to the recruiters, followed by individual interviews with 2 members of the team.

Question 1
What are you doing with AI currently, have you done any projects?
The interview was a quick process for me, I received an offer from the company but I declined it due to personal reasons. The HR team is nice to me, and made the atmosphere feel light.
Process takes way too long, with the classic “ghosting” for a long time
Besides that, going over three interviews for an internship process, with one of the lasting 45 minutes and the next one being about two case studies it's way too demanding for the position.
I applied in March 2025 and the whole process was finalized in end of July 2025
I only did until the interview with HR, Overall process is nice and friendly. The HR didnt ask too much of myself, Most importantly, the company process is fast. I got to proceed with the interview with manager after 1 day of interview with the HR
