Over the phone. There was an interview with HR and then an interview with my manager. They got back to me really quickly. Asked a lot of questions about previous work experience and safety.

What is something you’ve done that shows you’re safety minded?
Mostly social kind of questions - i.e. if you were having difficulty with a coworker, how would you handle it? Or any mistakes I’ve made at previous jobs. It was done over zoom, they didn’t contact me until 2 weeks later that I had the job.

The interview was relaxed and informal. Very cookie cutter interview questions that you would expect anywhere else. Make sure to dress professionally even if virtual. Interview time was roughly 45 minutes long.

The interview was comprised of behavioral questions, mainly focused on how I would fit in with the team and how I respond to challenges. Overall, I had enjoyed their process, which was very straightforward
