Interview
I met with a recruiter at my university's career fair and about a week later a technical recruiter reached out to me to set up a 15 minute introduction interview. He asked really basic things like why united and what role in the program was I specifically interested in. Then 1-2 weeks later they shceudled a 45 minutes behaivoral interview and asked really standard questions. Overall it was an easy and straight forward process!
