initial recorded interview asking basic questions (why this position, what are your qualifications, why United). Then online interview with 2 ppl over MS teams doing behavioral questions and case study. Finally step was 1hr excel evaluation at which point I got ghosted for 2 months

Screening - Online Platform, STAR questions (timer begins as soon as the question appears, you have a timer running while you answer. Once you finish recording, another timer runs while you are able to watch your recording. There are 3 tries per question.
1st Round - Video Interview - 2 Interviewers (the managers), you hear about them, tell them about yourself, and then they ask you a bunch of STAR questions. At the very end you can ask any questions you may have
2nd Round - Excel Skill Assessment (I have not taken this yet but I was told the second round will be a skill assessment based on excel)
