Interview
It was an video call interview for about 30 minutes. I did felt a bit unprepared on my part because they started asking questions about handling livestream content and my views on social media; however, it did feel like they were looking for people who were more experienced in moderating content.

What do you believe is a big issue with social media today?
Took place in target language. They make sure you can have a conversation, read an article, and if you're aware of cultural conventions. Then you look at some pictures to see what is and ain't appropriate for the language you're interviewing in.
easy going interview with basic behavioral questions, 1 interview with 2 people, they give you a small language test in english and your native language, they will contact you by phone within a few days for the result

1. Doing the phone interview with HR in the First-round. 2. After passing the first interview, you will be contacted to attend the Language assessment. This could take about 20 mins. The interview process could take around 2 weeks.
