Vaco interview questions

I went in as I would in any other interview and had a copy of my resume. Upon my arrival I was offered beverages and waited to meet with my recruiter. I was asked basic questions about my experience and what had brought me to a staffing company and I found Kevin very easy to talk to. We went over my resume which he had a printed copy already and he had highlighted areas for improvement. He also discussed with me how I interviewed and I feel as though it went extraordinarily well. We discussed the type of employment I was looking for at the time as well as my future plans and goals so he could find something that fit my vision. We discussed the pros and cons of certain areas that I start in and went over a list of positions that he had available. At the time I can honestly say that Kevin had a better feeling of what I needed at that moment than I did and he did a fantastic job at selecting a company for me to work for. Since I have been here in the position that Kevin had placed me in, almost 7 months ago now, I have been offered a possible promotion and or for the company to buy out my contract from Vaco.
