Applied on Vanguard's website. After two weeks I was contacted by an recruiter through email and was asked to scheduled a phone interview. Spoke with a recruiter and went through basic behavioral interview questions.

Question 1
Walk me through your resume. Why did you choose your current college?
Simple process. Went through Drexel with the co-op program. One phone call and then one in person interview with direct manager and then a week later received the offer. Pretty straight forward. Great company and good people.
The process spanned 3 rounds. First was resume and technical questions. Second was coding DSA and regressions. Third was research questions. Overall people were very nice, the process went smooth and fairly quickly.

Very chill, just behavior questions. Asked me about my communication style, what courses/knowledge of data science/machine learning that I had. Why I wanted to work in finance. It was very enjoyable/conversational.
