Vanta interview questions

The interview process was very straightforward. I was shocked by how transparent Vanta was throughout the entire process. I had 4-5 interviews with Vanta all together - They're pretty much what you expect in terms of meeting with a recruiter, the Head of Customer Success, a values call, and an exercise. What impressed me the most was that before every meeting, the recruiter reached out to provide more context on what the interview would be like. That was so helpful and really made me feel as if they wanted me to be successful throughout this process!
