Three part process, behavioral then OA then final round. The behavioral was standard behavioral questions. Not a lot of tell me a time situational questions but more questions about yourself and if you're a good fit for their EDP program. I found it quite easy. Next part was the OA. I'm pretty well-versed in OAs and done many for other companies on Hackerrank but this was definitely on the harder side relative to their prestige/TC. It was done on this site called CodingGame and can only be completed in Java. I'd say it had one LC easy, one LC easy/med (kind of long implementation), and one LC med. Next was the final round. This consisted of a 15 minute overview of the program, a 30 minute coffee chat, a 1 hour technical, a 1 hour hiring manager round, and a 30 minute talk with the recruiter. Very easy coding question for the technical round, hiring manager had no coding for me. Then they reach out to both references that you indicated earlier in the process, then they set up another call to discuss the offer.
