I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Veeva Systems (Philipsburg, PA) in Sep 2019
Interview
The first interview was over the phone. Basic screening questions. The interviewer (a recruiter for Veeva) was rude. Talked over me when answering questions and his questions were not clear. He was unprofessional (attended the interview late, rescheduled interview last minute, dressed in very casual attire). I was not clear on exactly what the position was and looked forward to hearing more about it in the interview, but the interviewer failed at correctly explaining what the position was. He seemed irritated, but the accurate job description was not provided on the application. He is the face of the company, so I believe that Veeva needs to hire qualified interviewers. If given the opportunity, I will not work for this company based on how I was treated in the process.
long, 6 interviews to get rejected after a personality test as the final round. The second round was a technical assessment, after which I had 4 more rounds with different people asking me pretty similar questions.
It was informal, quick and friendly, interview was around 30-45 minutes. Interview was given before the personality test. Personality test was quite exhausting, long and difficult. Replied to emails very quickly.
First step HR interview was a good experience. Recruiter was very friendly. 45min long - talking about your motivation for the role, your background, how you align with the role. I didn't get to the next stage because I didn't show enough alignment with the role.
