While we appreciate the review, we're sorry to hear that your time spent interviewing with us (and on the team) was negative. Our goal is to create a positive experience for our residents, employees, and candidates, and a big part of that is striving to promote from within and taking the time to make sure we're finding the right fit for open roles when recruiting externally. We're not accustomed to seeing reviews as negative as this come through often and want to do what we can to prevent any future or current employees/candidates from having the same takeaways from their time with us that you've had.
