I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon (Basking Ridge, NJ) in Oct 2015
Interview
the first interview was a behavioral phone interview. They got in touch shortly after and flew me to Basking Ridge (headquarters) for a "Super day". Showed about 80 interviewees the company and what it was about. There were two on site interviews included, one behavioral and the other technical. No coding, just asking questions about java. Final interview was a online interview. Go to a site and record yourself answering the questions(behavioral).
