Interview
Following submission of my application I was contacted by a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to have an initial 30 minute phone interview. I was asked what is knew about Viasat, why I wanted the role and what would make me a good candidate for the role.
Following this I had a video call interview with the Hiring Manager and a member of the team the role was with.
The interview was well run and a positive experience. A good range of questions were asked and helpful and honest answers provided to my questions.
Communication throughout the process was timely and helpful.

Phone interview. Recruiter interview, then a technical phone interview. Hiring Manager interview. With at-least 4 of the hiring Managers in the team. Panel Interview comprised of all of the above and some other members of several teams.
