I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Viasat (Denver, CO)
Interview
It took 3 weeks to get an initial email to set up a phone interview. HR called 1 hour early, didn't leave a voicemail, and then never called back. I reached out to them (email) and they were difficult in getting another phone interview scheduled for a few days later.
The HR phone interview went well, but it took almost 3 weeks to get an email to schedule a phone interview with management. I replied with my availability for another phone interview, and did not hear any response. Then 9 days after receiving an email for the 2nd phone interview, I received another email saying that "since we did not receive a response, we figure you have moved on". That would be correct. I don't need this job that badly.
From my experience, communication is limited solely to emails, with exception of the actual phone interview. Email correspondence is poor at best.

Application
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Viasat (Eugene, OR) in May 2016
Interview
The interview process was very simple. I only had one phone-call interview and that was it. The questions were mostly basic behavioral type. As long as you know your resume inside out, then you should be prepared.
