I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret (New York, NY) in Sep 2014
Interview
The hiring process was not bad. I applied through my college and received a phone call about going in for an interview a few days later. I showed up to a room full of other college students (mainly young ladies) and filled out their application. I waited a decent amount of time until I was called in for a one on one interview. The man hiring me was very friendly and pleasant and made the experience feel laid back. The next day I got a call that I was hired and asked to come in for training the following weekend.
The interview process was honestly pretty quick and straightforward. The manager there was ready to answer the questions I had about the company and the job position at the time.

The interview process was quick and easy. It involved submitting my resume and filling out an online application before interviewing IRL. I was offered the job for holiday cashier a week later.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Victoria's Secret
Interview
The interview process was pretty standard. This was before the global pandemic. It seems that at the time they were hiring based on who they liked and not our qualifications.
