The recruiter conducted themselves professionally, and I enjoyed this stage of the interview process. However, I have concerns regarding the technical interview. The atmosphere during the technical interview was positive, and the interviewer asked various questions, including a technical task that I completed and he agreed on that. When the recruiter shared the feedback with me, it turned out that the technical interviewer reported that I did not successfully complete the task and criticized my use of IntelliJ IDEA, despite having allowed me to choose any tool for coding during the interview. When I asked if I could use IntelliJ IDEA, the interviewer responded with "of course." It is unclear why this was later mentioned as a negative point in the feedback.
Additionally, the feedback indicated that I had insufficient knowledge at some topics that we did not discuss at all. I believe the technical interviewer acted unprofessionally, possibly due to personal bias against my appearance, manner of speaking, or something else, leading them to provide inaccurate feedback.
When I informed my recruiter that the feedback was incorrect, they simply agreed and took no further action.
