First two rounds were relatively smooth. However, they do NOT tell you that you will be doing a case interview with the director in the third round which is extremely unfair. Interview with the director was difficult, as he did not crack a single smile and seemed VERY uninterested.

Easy interview with the interviewer showing interest and pretty prepared as well.
Highly recommend the company but some employees were bad apples
Interview was 3 rounds but no technical round
Phone interview then video Interview . They were authentic and asked common interview questions. It was 20 mins and 30 mins for the other one. Overall a smooth process as a college student doing virtual interviews with this company. It was all on google meets
