Applied online for Credit Risk, Global Risk Decision Science team and got the interview invite 2 weeks later. A Recruiter Talent Acquisition emailed and scheduled a 30 min phone screen. The recruiter first explained the job description and interview process. Later the person asked questions related to work visa, experiences, why changing job. One thing to notice is that the job post online did not mentioned "coaching and mentoring" duty but the recruiter said that's part of the position. Be careful and ask for clarification!!!
