      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at WalkMe in Mar 2025

      Interview

My experience with this interview process was unfortunately quite disappointing. It began in December and dragged on until April, with very little transparency or momentum throughout. At one point, I was asked to create a detailed, full-year marketing plan. While I was initially expecting to present and discuss it as part of the process, I was never given that opportunity, which left me questioning their intentions for requesting such an in-depth deliverable. After what seemed to be a verbal offer made over the phone, communication became increasingly vague and delayed. I was repeatedly told they were “working on my package” or “defining the role,” but no clear updates followed. Despite informing them that I had paused other opportunities based on their commitment, I had to chase for clarity multiple times. Eventually, I reached out to HR myself, only to be told—without explanation—that they had been busy and I was no longer being considered. The lack of professionalism and transparency throughout was quite shocking. In hindsight, I’m relieved not to have joined, as the process itself revealed a lot about the company’s internal culture and values.

      Question 1

Position: Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager Date: January 2025 Task: Design a Marketing Program strategy for an internal audience Objective: Design a comprehensive marketing and enablement program strategy for SAP SuccessFactors sales and marketing teams to effectively position and sell WalkMe's Digital Adoption Platform. The program should equip SAP teams with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to articulate WalkMe's value proposition within the SuccessFactors ecosystem. Deliverables: 1. A presentation deck (5-7 slides) for the kick-off call with marketing team stakeholders 2. A strategy brief (1 page) explaining your approach and process Time Allocation: Approximately 3 hours Instructions: 1. Presentation Deck (5-7 slides): Create a concise, visually engaging deck that effectively communicates your marketing program strategy to the stakeholder team. Your deck should cover the key elements of your plan, including but not limited to: ● An overview of the target audience and their needs ● Your proposed marketing and enablement approach ● Key program components and delivery methods you plan to utilize ● Timeline and milestones ● Success metrics and how you'll measure them Feel free to organize and present the information in a way that best showcases your strategic thinking and creativity. Use visuals, charts, or other elements as you see fit to enhance your presentation. Remember, this deck will be used to kick off the project with the marketing team, so focus on clarity, impact, and generating enthusiasm for your proposed strategy. 2. Strategy Brief (1 page): ● Outline the steps you took to create this plan. (Think of this as ‘showing the work behind the work.’) ● Explain your rationale for choosing specific enablement methods and approaches ● Describe how you would collaborate with other teams (e.g., product marketing, content, design, field marketing, and SAP teams) to execute this program ● Discuss how you would measure and optimize the program's performance ● Include any assumptions you made and areas where you'd need more information Evaluation Criteria: 1. Strategic Thinking: Clear alignment between audience needs, WalkMe's offerings, and proposed marketing strategies 2. Process Planning: Logical, well-structured approach to developing and executing the marketing program 3. Creativity: Innovative approaches to reaching and engaging the new audience Additional Notes: ● You may use fictional data or make reasonable assumptions where necessary ● Focus on the details. What tactics will you use and why? How will you translate strategy into impact? ● Be prepared to spend 10-15 minutes presenting your plan and answering questions on your process.

Long but thorough. Everyone showed up on time; showed their commitment to filling the role. Even when the interview was late in the evening in Israel, they all showed up on time with no request to reschedule. It was great.
