I applied online and got selected for a first interview. After that there was one more where I was asked to bring my I.D to take photocopies of and outline availability. Quick turnaround time. Orientation started shortly after.

Question 1
Explain what good customer service looks like to you. Describe a time you went above and beyond.
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
