Interview
The first interview is fairly general questions for the company. The next step is an interview with a manager within the department you are applying for which typically has a few more specific questions, but nothing too difficult!

Question 1
Describe a time when you went above and beyond in a situation.
Pretty easy. A lot of information up front that's hard to retain but everything you need to find is online. Pretty much always ends with an offer. Just be cool.
Online application and skill assessment, followed by an in person interview with a team lead. Assessment was a little vaguely worded at times, but it all seems like common sense if you've worked customer facing roles before.
Efficient interview process. Quick and easy interview. Hiring manager was approachable and easy to talk to. I was asked about my experience to determine if I would be a good fit.
