Interview

- had a day of in-person interviews
Overall I found the process standard and the interviews relatively easy.
Other Senior Program Manager Interview Reviews for Walt Disney Company
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company in Jun 2020
Interview
The interview process was extremely involved/lengthy, though bearable. There were a lot of red flags in terms of overtime and work/life balance (i.e., they alluded to little to no work/life balance). The last stage (interview #4) was a 'test project' that was very vague, thus a little anxiety-inducing. At the end, it came down to me and one other person, and they went with the other person. The recruiter was very transparent and updated me at each stage.

Question 1
How do you juggle different projects and different types of people?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Walt Disney Company (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2018
Interview
Applied online, and a recruiter reached out within a week. We scheduled a time to talk. Recruiter didn't call at the time we'd set, and didn't respond to email and voicemail I sent offering to reschedule for a time that worked better for her. This scenario happened twice, a couple of months apart, with two different recruiters for two different positions in the Seattle area. The "happiest place on earth" left me very sad.
Update: The recruiter did finally get in touch to apologize. The job had been filled by an internal candidate and when she contacted the external candidates to let them know, she missed contacting me.
