      Marketing Project Coordinator Interview

      Mar 5, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at WebFX in Aug 2020

      Interview

Quick responses received at all levels of the interview. Process began with questionnaire, quick phone call, and then a bunch of seemingly repetitive and useless personality quizzes and work questionnaires. These were more a pain than anything else, but I believe they are looking to get a sense of your ability to complete tasks on a timeline and also to judge personality fit for company culture. This company is BIG on culture. Following these steps, the interviews begin. Interviewers were polite and respectful of my time as an applicant. Questions were fairly softball, more concerned with finding good fit for the company as opposed to a content matter expert and questions reflected this.
