I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Weber Shandwick (London, England) in Jun 2015
Interview
The interview process was just one interview which lasted around 40 minutes with two Account Directors. Both were very friendly. The interview took place in one of the rooms in the office building. Both interviewers had copies of my CV in front of them which we went through. As I was applying for an intern role, I only had one interview; however colleagues on the graduate trainee scheme at the time said that they had had two or three interviews, including with the CEO. My interview was a mix of informal questions to get to know me, and other more formal questions relating specifically to my previous work experience, PR and also the company.
