Spoke with West Monroe recruiters at university job fairs and applied to the position online (on their website and the university career site). Heard back in a couple weeks from them saying that I had an on-campus interview. The interview was half behavior and half case. The case interview was reasonable and interviewer/interviewee led.

Interview
The interview process was divided into two separate interviews. The first portion was a case study which lasted around 30-45 min. The second portion was behavioral and lasted around 30 min.
