My functions are: Create new or existing contract commitments. Verify the information of each vendor. Audit each invoice that the Finance department assigns me. Approve or reject payments. Track the disbursement. Interact with Treasury, accounting, auditing for payments with problems, such as rejected payments. Make the monthly reconciliation against the information that Treasury sends me. I have a portfolio of consultants assigned to my supervisor. I assist my supervisor directly. I am in charge of training direct personnel from the division and from other sectors. I get reports of rejected payments, from vendors to update. I get involved with auditing, assisting in each case indicated. I am also in charge of individual consulting firms, requesting HRD changes, registrations, modifications as the case may be.
