It's actually not a weakness but something that I always try to work on. It's coordinating with different technicians and how they usually respond to assigned work orders/tasks. Sometimes they keep delaying so you need to have a discussion in terms of sorting out any misunderstandings, and make sure that everyone in the team follows the proper flow
