It was right after they explained the position and I found out it had nothing to do with HR Consulting. I took it upon myself saying that I don't know how I will fit in. In retrospect, I believe this was a mistake. I should have been more aggressive. When you are supposed to be the number one HR company in your country the least you could do, is use the correct titles for each position and write the correct job ads.
