Didn’t say this, but: I’m assuming they didn’t read my resume. If I had won any awards I would have highlighted the awards on my resume. If you don’t see anything written about that why ask? Better yet, I would have made a point to bring it up in our conversation about my background. Pointless and strange question. I brought up the fact that though I hadn’t won any company awards. I had maintained and hit company sales goals throughout my career.
