What do you believe is the difference between Customer Success and Customer Service.

Customer Success takes a more strategic and long-term approach to improving relationships through onboarding, adoption, expansion, and retention. Not only this, but proactive research done ahead of time should do wonders for preventing any further use for Customer Service for larger possible escalations. On the other hand, customer service is focused primarily on solving problems in the moment by solving issues that arise on a case-by-case basis. (This was the wrong answer, I do not know the right one)
