it's not a difficult question but talking to most co-workers their problem was that they didn't know what the word meant. This question has to do with the company's new policy to be more racially diverse (be more open of other races and ethnicities, not the all white and pretty club abercrombie used to be) Since their sales are going down at the US and they're going international, they've brought up this new policy to sell more clothes to other countries. Just say that you think it's a good thing, we're all equal, it's good to be open to other cultures, bla bla bla and you'll do fine
